Need a little direction on which visa to request or if needed at all.

Me: US citizen

Her: Mexican National w/ 2 kids

She is currently travels back and forth from Mexico to visit family and has a tourist visa which she will have to renew at the end of January. Initially it will only be her and the children at a later date. Thanks in advance for any help given.

Who is ‘her’? You wife? Your fiancée? Your sister? Your mother?

How old are the kids?

She does need a visa to live in the US, whoever she is. How long does she usually visit the US for and does she have a job?

FIANCEE

KIDS ARE 18 AND 8.

COMES FOR A WEEK ONCE A MONTH

DOES NOT WORK IN THE US BUT HAS HER OWN BUSINESS IN MEXICO.

Oh, in that case as one kid is already 18, you definitely want K-1 visa! That way, the 18-yr old will be able to come.

Which is only good for visiting. As above, you should apply for K-1 for your fiancée - her kids will be K-2’s.

There’s a guide at the top of the page which will help with the whole process.

Good luck.

Which is fine, as long as he/she only wants to visit as a tourist.

Your GF and her children need immigrant visas if they want to live here.
