Form I-485, PART 1, ITEM 27

How should I answer the question: What is your current immigration status (if it has changed with your arrival)?

I recently arrived in the U.S. on a K-1 visa as the fiancée of an American citizen, and we have since gotten married. For item 26, I entered K-1.

What should I enter in item 27, or should I leave it blank in this situation?

If filing within 90 days: "K Visa Holder".

If filing after 90 days: "K1 Visa Holder-Out of Status".
