Does the I-797C notice of action only be mailed once and to the K1 only?

Are you asking whether only beneficiary should be receiving the biometrics appointment invitation? Typically yes.

If the sponsor is receiving it, does the sponsor has any crimes?

Are you referring to the I485 and I765 and I131 receipt notices that you will file for yourself as all K1s and K2s need to file their own appropriate forms to AOS/Work/Parole accordingly/they are no longer "derivatives"?

If you've filed those for yourself, you'll receive your own Biometrics appointment notice.

Please fill out your VJ timeline in reciprocity.

Yes, we applied individually since I'm 20, turning 21 this year. But only one notice of action mail that we only received in our mail. I was just asking if I'm part of the notice and the biometrics schedule or not.

No the sponsor doesn't have a crime. I'm just asking if the K2 won't get a mail and if the K1's biometric schedule is the same with the K2, or part of it

Regardless of age, a K2 will apply for the above forms separately.

You are not part of the K1s biometrics appointment.

You'll receive your own Noa1s and Biometrics appointment notice separately.

By chance it may be at the same time/date but that's irrelevant.

Your notices are your notices.

Notices are currently taking 8 to 10 weeks. Anything sooner is luck.

You're welcome, Sir.

Join your monthly AOS Filing Forum for basics and please fill out your timeline so they report to VJ statistics to help everyone estimate their timelines even if it belongs to your K1.
