AOS & IV FEES ERROR AFTER PAYMENT DONE

Hello , after paying the Fees for AOS 17-JUL-2024 and IV on 24-JUL-2024 and received a confirmation that both payments has been issued and paid , and after uploading civil documents and AOS Application , after checking from nvc side and asked some correction with the App and Civil documents ,  yesterday and today i tried to open my case to upload the missing documents its showing not paid and the option to upload affidavit of support and civil documents its blocked i dont have access to enter and upload , i checked with the bank the amount of both fees has been deducted and processed please i need your assistance and help .

Same here. Paid all fees end of JULY 30  and was half way through the application. Just was waiting for some additional translated docs. Now the system says some some fees were not paid and half completed applications are not available.

I am sure its a  system glitch that would be resolved soon.
