I-485 delivered on 7/17 but no NOA yet

Hello- we are working through our K1. We submitted our AOS I-485 and sent it with tracked delivery. It arrived on 7/17.

 

The fee (check) has not been withdrawn from my account and we have not received the NOA-1.

 

When should we become concerned that it may have been lost or damaged?

Lately it's been taking a while for everybody to get their NOAs.

 

Typically people receive it within 8 weeks. It seems like your should be arriving any time now.

 

I also assume you haven't moved since filing I-485?

Thanks! Yes that's correct we haven't moved or had any change of name or contact information.

It's definitely nerve-racking. I'd contact USCIS if you don't hear anything in the next 2 weeks.

I've sent in my I-485 on July 3rd, it was delivered on July 5th and I haven't received my NOA either. After reading the thread about the girl being arrested and detained for 5 weeks because she didn't have an NOA for her AOS (although she actually hadn't filed it at all yet) I am just staying at home as much as I can but it's becoming a bit boring! You guys say it should arrive in about 8 weeks so I will give it another 2 weeks before I contact them. My checks have not been cashed either. Does anyone know how to best contact USCIS for this?

My checks were cashed last Friday it turns out so NOA's should come soon. 6 weeks looks like.

That is fantastic news, and we have the same news as well! The check was cashed today! (8/22)
