I filed because I was concerned about the dates of our photos being submitted within 30 days of them being taken. I do realize at this time the fiance visa is the most appropriate and that it'd be voided if we married. Thank you for your feedback.

There is no 30 day limitation

The instructions indicate the photos have to be taken within 30 days of applying.

Thank you for your feedback.

That refers to the passport photos, not ‘relationship’ snapshots.

The best evidence, as mentioned, is time spent together in person.

Exactly. Our passport photos were taken within 30 days of the application. If I waited for new passport pictures, we would have had to wait until my next trip in November. Thanks.

Ah.  I don’t think that’s something to worry about actually.   Ours were >30 days old when our petition  was submitted.   People don’t change that much in appearance.

I hadn't realized that at time. Thanks.

Why? You don’t need to have photos taken at the same place. You can each take them on a phone using a passport photo app and then print them out. Can be done in a day or two if really needed.
