Whew.....I was gettin' worried there for a minute.

Got the email saying card production ordered and notice sent for AOS and approval notice sent for I-130.

Now we are still waiting on SS office to verify things in their system. I can't figure out how he can have his EAD card in his wallet, and have been approved for his AOS 2 weeks ago and "not be in the system" yet.

Mite as well wait for the green card to arrive before visiting the SSA for the SSN. Green-Card gets a SSN without the "With DHS Auth" notice on it.

And also don't forget to inform SSA of other immigration status changes in the like Naturalization, this affects what benefits are allowed to the immigrant.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
