Hello everyone... Hoping someone can give me some info? My fiancee had her K-1 Visa interview at USEM Manila on Tuesday, Aug. 13th and was approved. As of about 7:30 or 8am Friday morning Manila Time, the status  in CEAC changed to "Issued". Before the interview, on ustraveldocs we chose the option to pick up her documents at the LBC in the Mall of Asia. I have a couple of questions...

1. Since it was changed to "Issued" early Friday morning, is there a chance that her package will be ready to pick up at LBC on Saturday?

2. I'm assuming they will use the email and phone numbers entered into the ustraveldocs portal to contact her regarding the package being ready. Is that correct?

3. Is there a way to tell when the package is given to LBC? I looked at the "Document Delivery Information" section of the dashboard in the portal but after the interview, the whole dashboard is blank now.

Sorry.  We started our spouse visa in May of 2023.  It seems like we are on the slow end of the group from that vintage.  We still don't even have an interview.  Should have gone K!.  I've been with my wife, back and forth but am going broke maintaining 2 houses.  I have to go back permanemtly at the end of the month.  Be happy :)

We just went through this. Visa was issued on 8/8 and available for pickup on 8/13. Received an email from us travel docs on 8/12 to the email we used when registering stating that the passport was on its way to LBC at MOA with a tracking number. the email said it would be available on or before 8/14 and it was available on 8/13.

That seems very fast.  You are lucky.  I/we will be in the mountains just west of Golden.

So for anyone who looks at this post down the road wondering what will happen after their status changes to "Issued"... Jaycel got the email yesterday (Monday afternoon Manila time) from the USTravelDocs website stating that her visa had been processed and gave her the tracking number. Interestingly the dashboard on the website's portal populated again and the document delivery section is showing the status. It says it will be delivered to the LBC branch in MOA on or before 21 AUG 2024. So we went to "Issued" on CEAC on Friday morning 16 AUG 2024 around 8-8:30am Manila time, the passport status on the website changed around 12:00pm Manila Time and she got the email with the tracking number Monday afternoon at 3:45ish pm.

@Riley-Janice Do you recall what time of day it was on the 13th that you were able to pick up the package at MOA? Did you receive a text saying it was available? I ask because we got our tracking number yesterday but LBC tracking website keeps saying, "We didn't find any records." when I try to track it.
