Anyone ever see this?  Will the tracking number become available when it ships or do I just wait for it in the mail?

Mine showed up in informed delivery very shortly after the shipping label was created.

Also, I found tracking number much earlier in USPS Informed Delivery.

 

You should expect a package described as "USCIS- Lees Summit Production Facility"
