DS-3032 Barcode size ???

I followed the directions to generate a barcode for the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form, but the finished product looks waaay to small when printed.

Can someone tell me exactly what size adjustments need to be made, and how to make them?

I received the barcode sheet by mail with the Choice of Agent stuff to be sent...so i just completed it and send it back with the barcode sheet (and made copies of course for me)....I believe you relate to the JSC..which id on't know how to use it...

I used the JSC and followed it to the 'tee'. They received mine and had no problem with it.

yes i'm referring to the JSC mrthod....

but can you measure the size of the official barcode for me?

do i have to paste it into ms word and edit the size, or just print it directly from the idmation website?

Whatever measurements the JSC specified, i just followed it. I did not change any step, no resizing done at all. What I personally did was I copied the barcode from idmation website then pasted it to paintbrush application and then, printed it from there. Cut it and pasted the barcode to the DS3032 form.

hey ! unless you've already sent out the Agent of Choice via regular mail....the beneficiary can email NVC from their email id at NVCInquiry@state.gov and nominate the US citizen as the agent. In the subject specify "Agent of choice" and the Case number. In the body of the email -- state that the beneficiary (include name , D.O.B, address )would like to nominate the petitioner ( specify their name, D.O. B , address,contact info ) as the agent and that all future correspondence be sent to the agent in the USA.

Thats how we did ours and my wife got an acknowledgement email in about a weeks time.

Don't send an e-mail, currently it takes them 16 days to accept Choice of Agent by e-mail.

Email was not a choice to me. So, I sent mine via USPS Priority Mail, and the information was entered the same day they reiceved it, that's 2 days from the time I sent and mailed it in.

That was back in June when the NVC wasn't so backed up and answered e-mails in less than 5 days. Now days it's taking them almost a month or more.
