Hello, Can anyone know if my girl can still use her NBI certificate, which she got it Feb of this year. I'm just worried that they'll ask for new and recent NBI record. Will these be ok? Also, sh'll be having her eary medical next week. Since the actual datye of medical falls on her B-day Aug. 30. Interview is Sept. 10.

Oh!, one more thing, I'm sendning my affidavit of support this week, do I need to add my part time job (pay stub) or my real and full time job is ok?

Thanks

Ross

NBI CLEARANCE. Applicants aged 16 years and older must have a valid Record Clearance for Travel Abroad Purposes from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Clearances should be in the applicant’s current name, birth certificate name, maiden name and any aliases or nicknames ever used, including different spellings of all names ever used. An official letter of explanation from the NBI is required for any notation of “No criminal record”, No pending criminal case” or “With derogatory record.” NBI is located along Taft Avenue in Manila. For immigration purposes, an NBI clearance is considered valid only for one year from the date it is issued.

Claudeth had a cleareance that was about five months old but got nervous so got another one just before she went to the interview.

More income is better so if it was me I would use pay stubs from all jobs.

Good luck

they always advice us to get the recent one. although its valid in one yr but if you got time maybe a month before your interview, then its better to get a new one. i renew mine again (even if its just 3 months old) 8 days before my interview. call it paranoid  lol but i litterally listen to some vj friends back then  it helps! hehehe  good luck

ps, get to 2 bc since they will take the orginal one, and the other is for you when you get here in the US incase if you need it.

She can use that NBI clearance if it is issued for travel abroad purposes if she got it for the purpose of employment she cant use it.

Bottomline it's best to get a updated NBI clearance.

My wife did NBI clearance in December and 6 months later a month before the interview.

Took her about 20 minutes and 125P or so.

Better to be safe than sorry.

As far as your part time job goes!!! Shows you are a working man!

The more ammo the better!

!! ALL PAU!
