Use 1 dl vinegar with your soap in your load of laundry.

It keeps the colour and won't spread the colour to other materials to be miscoloured.

It works believe me

Cleaning with a bit of lemon juice works well. It is also natural. organic..heheh

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

I've been using this stuff called Advanage for years and I love it. It cleans anything and everything. It's all natural and biodegradable. I only have to buy a bottle of it a year.....lasts forever! Also for those nasty stains in the tub and toliets I use vinegar and coke.

I like that Mr Clean Magic Eraser. Its kinda weird but it really does clean stuff, like hard water stains and I used it to clean under the stove burners. I have a gas stove so it doesnt have the drip pans like an electric stove and sometimes it gets really nasty. However I am sure those eraser things dont have any kind of disinfectant so I always follow up with a swipe of pine sol or lysol cleaner...

I love Pledge Clean & Dust Citrus. It has the most wonderful scent to it that really isn't citrusy. I also love the Scrubbing Bubbles & Fantastic.

PHILOSOPHY OF HOUSECLEANING!

I don't do windows because ...

I love birds and don't want one to run into a clean window and get hurt.

At least once a week, we get a pigeon that flies straight into one of our windows. We alternate now between having clean windows (to remove the pigeon print) and having windows with a perfect print of a pigeon in mid-flight :lol:

Right now, we are going with the pigeon print look - no amount of rain removes it!!

For those shower cleaners that just automatically spray in the shower, doesn't that stuff get all over the soap/shampoo bottles and loofa sponges? Everytime I see those ads I think, ew....I'd be washing with that stuff 'cause it will probably be all over the loofa!

I on the other hand think that is for really lazy people. That stuff can't clean your bathroom the same way you would do it the old fashioned way.
