Is there a question in that? 130s typically take around a year.

It takes year to approved by USCIS ?? I thought my case status should be actively reviewed by it the same it been 128 days the case status is still case received and we sent recipient notice !!

It’s taking a little longer on average right now but a year is right as a rough guide. You can see processing times here - https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

So your case is perfectly normal, you won’t hear anything until spring next year unless there’s an RFE

How long it will take after the I-130 is approved will depend on your parents consulate, as well as how quickly they complete the NVC side of things.

I am a UCS submitted I130 for under 21 child on 30 Apr 2024 and also still stuck at received and notice sent.

Has your case been moved to actively reviewed?

This is normal. Online status is not always updated until later in the process. It can skip some statuses very fast around the time somebody actually reviews the case.

So looking by uscis processing time they’re barley approving people in august 2023 it looking like I won’t be getting approval by Summer 2025 !!

That's what I am hoping for, because 170 days into it and the application has still not made it someone's desk is scaring me. My daughter is only 14 and I am her sole custodian so this tough

This is not unusual. In fact, this is true in most of cases.

The average wait is 14 months.

Your case will likely will get onto somebody's table close to 14 months of wait. They'll spend 10-20 minutes on it and decide it.

Until then, it's just sitting in the queue of cases...

You've quoted the @OldUser, but if you meant to ask @vantazia then s/he says above 30 April 2024, so a week or so after you.
