Last Thursday, the 8th, I attended my Visa Medical Exam in London. Everything went smoothly, except that I was informed I needed to get another COVID booster since it had been over 12 months since my last one. I was told I had to get the booster elsewhere.

After the exam, I went across the city to a private clinic to receive the booster.

I have since emailed proof of this to Visa Medicals, and on Friday, they replied: "We have printed off the information to be checked by the nurse. If anything further is needed, or if the nurse has any queries, she will contact you directly. If everything is now up to date, you should receive proof of this within the next couple of working days."

They also mentioned in a separate email that the nurse will email me my vaccination worksheet once it’s complete.

My question is, will this be enough time before my k-1 interview on the 22nd? There are two weeks between the two dates, so I’m just hoping everything will be done in time. Some people told me everything should be done in time since it’s been 3 working days already since I sent them the proof of vaccination.

It should be ok. I had 6 weeks between my medical and visa interview. Once I got Covid vaccination proof I emailed over to Visa Medicals. After 2-3 days I rang them up and they said they would look into and get back to me. They rang back and left me a voicemail saying they had checked with the nurse and my file had all been signed off and was ready for the courier to collect and deliver to the embassy the next day.

The vaccination worksheet was sent not long after that I think.

I would give them a call tomorrow and ask them to give you an update.

Okay, I’ll call them or email them tomorrow to see if they can give me any news. Did you receive your Worksheet in the post? I was told they will email me it once it’s all been approved.

I would just call them - it's more direct and easier. And no I received it by email.

They sent me an email with my DS-3025 and confirmed that my case is currently on the way to the US Embassy.😁
