It's been too long since I filled mine out to remember exactly what I put, but this is how I remember it:

 

Immediate Relatives:  You can answer either way.  Personally, I would say your fiancee is a future immediate relative, not a current one, so I would say no.

Paying for trip:  I bet you already know who is actually paying for your trip, whether that be you or your fiancee.  Just put whoever is actually buying the ticket.

Educational:  List anything from high school and above, most recent to oldest.

Regarding previous work experience in the last five years.

I don't know if anyone encountered this problem but I can only add 2 job positions and it doesn't let me add more. Did anyone else have the same issue?

Also, do you translate the address from your national language to English? Like g. (in national language) to st. (street in English).

Yes it’s been like that for years and hasn’t been fixed

Do you have to write your national country where you were born as well?

Reading the question, I think you should. I believe I wrote mine as well if I can recall correctly but I knew I had to get the police certificate for it anyway

K-1 visas technically don't have a priority date.

i believe we used the NOA2 approval date

case ID should be the NVC case number

Hello,

Regarding medical exam. Is it okay to have a medical exam a month before the interview? Or is it preferred to have it as close as possible to the interview? For example, won't it affect the process when I file for AOS? I heard that many people had to redo the medical examination.

I got a question if beneficiary can beneficiary change job position and have a temporary job before he leaves to US or before the interview after filing DS-160 or will that require beneficiary to submit a new DS-160 after already booking an interview?
