Affidavit of support update 864 a newborn

Hi there 

my interview date is coming up and we received a babyborn after we received DQ from nvc 

do i have to update the 864 form 

(the new babyborn has both CRBA and us passport)

Yes, you can update by editing the existing PDF, then uploading it to replace the one already there.

Replace or add the updated form?

Will "replacing" impact the status of the case being DQ?

 

I would just "add" the updated affidavit of support and hand carry it with all supporting documents to the interview

Following my advice will not impact being DQ.
