Ustraveldocs locks me out when trying to find an appointment (split)

Hello good morning. Can someone help me please. I was trying to schedule my re-interview at ustraveldocs.com, but every time I confirm my appointment the website always says that there is no available schedule and when I tried to log-in the next day the website told me that I was temporarily banned. Can someone help me please, appreciate much for your help thank you.
