Question about The Beneficiary's address outside the United States on I-130

We're filling out the I-130 form online and I'm not sure how to answer this question in the beneficiary's address section.

 

 

Since the beneficiary is currently living in the U.S., Should we skip this question or does this question ask the beneficiary's home country address even though he is not living there? I found mixed answers on the internet so far.

Number one rule I found out on filling up the questions is to answer them in order and don't skip questions you have an answer to, because if you skip some, other type of questions will be generated on the following page. It's like the next set of questions depend on the questions applicable to you.

I wish I actually skipped some questions to see this, but I still need to fill out the question even though I answered all of questions in order and indicated that the beneficiary is living in U.S. for the previous questions.

Since the beneficiary is living in the US maybe you can skip this question and this is not applicable to you.

The key word is "if" in explanation to this question. If beneficiary lives overseas, then provide address.
