What is the next step now? Do we just wait for NVC to receive file? Anything else.

PD December 4, 2023 Approval March 21, 2025!!  USC, TXSC    December 2023 approvals are happening!

After further digging on myuscis, I found the approval notice!!!! I am so happy to be past this stage of the process. It took 15 1/2 months.  PD: DECEMBER 07, 2023 APPROVAL:MARCH 21, 2025

Congratulations! I'm so happy for everyone!!! 

 

I literally just recieved the notification from USCIS saying they submitted our petition to the Department of State! It's all uphill from here! Happy days ahead!

Finally made it! We got our approval today!

 

PD 11 December 2023.

Approved 24 March 2025.

Texas Service Center.

 

I cannot even express in words how relieved we are! 

 

Hang in there December filers, yours is right around the corner!

 

P.S. For what it's worth, I got an email to say an action had been taken, but Lawfully still hasn't updated. It currently suggests I'm 143rd in a queue of 332 awaiting a case decision. I signed into USCIS and sure enough, in the Documents tab is my approval document (dated today).

Congrats! Let me guess, MyProgress on USCIS showing something like "3 months to decision" ?

I gave up on Lawfully months ago.  I actually only use it for the community.

LOL. 7 months! 

 

Lawfully still hasn't updated. Glad looking at that app and waiting is now behind me.

 

But of course, sudden realisation that the NVC stage is now up! Exciting though!
