Hello!

I saw a November 30th approval yesterday!  I think they will start on December by the end of this week! 😄

I hope so! Visa Journey sent me my latest approval estimate and said SEPTEMBER 22, 2025. #######?

I literally just recieved a text message from USCIS within the past 10 minutes stating that USCIS has taken action on my case. Went into my USCIS account and it says they are actively reviewing my case and that no further information is needed at this time. It is dated for March 21, 2025. It doesn't say anything other than that. Is that my NOA2?

I think it will!   How long will your husband's wait be at the Embassy in Germany?

I'm not sure. From what I have seen from other timelines, there isn't a long wait at the Consulate in Frankfurt.

We are currently about 5 1/2 months shy of our 2nd wedding anniversary so we are going to drag it out to make sure he gets his 10 year green card. Being that USCIS took so long, it is pointless at this point to rush through the rest of the process to only get a 2 year one. I don't want to deal with USCIS again until it is time for him to become a Citizen.

That is a great idea.  We hit our anniversary during our wait- we were already married over a year after filing- it was a sudden decision to move to the US when we filed.
