Help with information about St. Luke's requiring additional treatment.

My fiancee was given an appointment for a pulmonary consult after her sputum test.
The x-ray is said to indicate a single small nodule on one lung.
St Luke's now wants an evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, etc. submitted to them in 7 days to include in her medical file for the US embassy.
I work in the medical field and know that these nodules are very common, most often benign, and the prudent procedure is to just repeat a chest x-ray in 6 months and compare the results.

I am unhappy as I have come to the conclusion that it is probably best for her to just stay there and let St Luke's complete this instead of her flying home and us finding another MD/facility to perform this additional exam.
My concern is that St. Luke's could go down some rabbit hole and say they want to do something unnecessary and invasive like a biopsy after I have paid them for the initial additional examination.
I am frustrated feeling kind of captive to St. Luke's in this position and I don't want to be suspicious, but I am aware they could use this opportunity to ask for additional, and unnecessary procedures in my opinion.
Has anyone else been "stuck" in a similar situation and has some advice?

 In our case, she has to do the 3 day test, just finished. Now it’s an 8 week wait. As to extra costs, my understanding is most is covered by the initial payment for the St Luke’s medical check. Again, your situation could be different.

 

  Seems to me, best to keep St Luke’s involved in some fashion, since they are the ones you have to satisfy.  The medical check cost is supposed to increase on Aug 19th or so. Of course, hotel rooms, flights, food, $$ starts to add up.

Yes, they are now asking for a Diagnosis, Medical Treatment, Recommendations, and Prognosis for the nodule found during her chest x-ray.
Yes, just keeping her there and allowing them to do seems like the best option, but it makes me nervous that there seems like there are really no good options because they want it in the next 7 days.

Never mind . . .my fiancée went back today and was told that they can't do it. We have 7 days to find someone to do this and submit the records to St. Luke's. 
Honestly at this point, my fiancée is so upset . . . I think the K1 is done for us . . .

There is a nearby Healthway Clinic in Ermita. Maybe she can try to get a consultation there and take the paper with her. Hope you can find a solution..

Thank you for the encouraging words. I sent her to a Pulmonary specialist at a hospital in her hometown. Despite the instructions only requesting a "medical certificate," i.e., that she had been seen for a follow-up, the Dr. sent my fiancee for a CT scan.  That's fine . . . anything at this point, but then starting questioning the instructions from St. Liuke's and saying that only St. Luke's could do it . . . My Fiancee is hysterical at this point. 
All we can do is hope this Dr. submits the information as requested and SLEC accepts it. 
The experience has been beyond frustrating . . .

I appreciate the kind words. 
It's bad enough, but the communication has just been horrible and my fiancee is frequently in tears because she is confused and scared.
We should have the CT Scan results in the next couple of days. I have no faith that the physician can follow the simple instructions on the form from SLEC.
Since her doctor's report is to be emailed to DOT, I'm concerned that they are targeting her for the medication regimen despite her sputum test results.
She has a return appointment in the first week of October.
