Some background. I am a US citizen and I recently married a Ukrainian lady I met in the US. She and her two children are refugees on the U4U program. I am beginning the process of I-130 and AOS so I can get them green cards. I understand they have to go through a medical exam and learned my wife will have to take a COVID vaccine again. In 6 months I heard they will change the law and make children take COVID vaccines. We don't want the COVID vaccines although we are willing to take vaccines that have been through the 7-10 safety tests vaccines normally go through.

My wife nearly died taking a COVID vaccine the US government required as she fled the war in Ukraine. I know three coworkers who had enormous pain as their testicles grew to the size of tennis balls after taking the vaccine. I talked to one immigration attorney who had the same problem affecting his reproductive organs and would never take those vaccines again. I have friends that know four women who lost their babies after taking the vaccine. I've taken many vaccines and out of my 54 years of life, I've never known one person to ever have a vaccine injury until this one showed up.

I know people who crossed the Mexican border illegally and they were able to refuse COVID vaccines. If this is such a big urgent safety health issue, why is our government allowing certain people into our country without vaccines but forcing those who want to come in the right way to take vaccines?

How can I get through this process without my wife having to take another COVID vaccine? I was told by someone she may not get approved on a waiver because she already agreed to take a COVID vaccine when fleeing Ukraine.

If she nearly died, then it had to be documented in her medical record, and she will be able to discuss with the civil surgeon/request a waiver.
There is a process for the children, again, it is to request the waiver.  There is no guarantee of approval, but that is the only path [unless you consider relocating to another country without those requirements].

Seems these waivers have a high success rate.

And when adjusting they can be filed with the application. And are much quicker.

Downside is the filing fee x3 plus the cost of legal assistance in their preparation.

When she called a doctor to tell what was happening to her, she was told those are normal side effects of the vaccine. A co worker who's testicles grew called the doctor and was told by the doctor not to worry and come in for the second shot. Pharmaceutical companies paid politicians around the world to create laws to push the vaccines and hospitals and doctors got rewarded to promote.

When Ukrainians fled the war, some were passed through a number of countries. My wife went to Poland, then Germany, and now USA. Each country has their own vaccination requirements and she seen families taken to rooms and injected with vaccines if they wanted to pass through and it didn't matter if they were vaccinated in the past, they must take certain vaccines so for example, If someone in Ukraine took a vaccine made by China, Poland may require them to take Astrazenica. Then Germany may make them take Moderna and then USA may make them take Pfizer. Politicians in those countries pushing vaccines based on which Pharma company is paying them the most. In 2010 in a TED talk Bill Gates said there's too many people on earth and that they can reduce the population by 15% with vaccines. Video still up on Youtube. He's the biggest pusher of vaccines right now. It's a poison.

Bottom line is my wife won't have evidence to say she got a vaccine injury. Her story and a co worker's are evidence doctors are hesitant to write people had vaccine injuries from products they are recommending to inject into our bodies because once they document  a number of times they're dangerous based off reports, to avoid lawsuit, they have to stop recommending the vaccines and won't be getting paid by the government anymore. The 2020 CARES ACT rewards the medical industry. One can go to the government site VAERS that is about vaccine injuries and read statistics show this vaccine in its first year war more dangerous and deadly than all other vaccines combined in history.

My wife is Christian and thinking of a religious waver but the immigration attorney thinks she could be denied since she took a vaccine in the past. I said my wife took the vaccine under duress but the attorney said you can't tell the government they make people do things under duress. I would rather have my wife(we legally married in the US) stay in the country illegally than take a chance of her dying with the poison injected into her again. Hopefully we can get a change in government and immigration policy soon.

We're willing to pay the expensive extortion fee to get a simple yes or no answer to stick by our principles.  I was thinking waivers had a high success rate too but I wasn't so optimistic when the immigration attorney told me they will question why she took a vaccine in the past if she's against vaccines

I am not a huge fan of the COVID vaccine either, but you must make sure the information is factual by siting reliable sources, of all this information you are sharing.

So you are willing to pay an extortion fee to live by your "principles"?

Can't see immigration policy changing even if the government changes, after all the flu is another required vaccine for immigration.

For a religious waiver your wife would need to be part of a religion that has a theological objection to vaccines. Christianity isn't among them.  You can certainly file for a waiver though - it'll add about a year to the process IIRC.

This does not appear to be religion based.

Filing in country seems very different to Consulate cases.

I'm pretty anti-vax and I had to bite the bullet and get the booster jab. As well as the first two COVID vaccinations. I have family who have been personally affected, but more in the breathing department and less in the 'tennis ball knackers' department.

Unless your wife had a severe adverse reaction documented on her medical record, the only way around the vaccinations is on moral or religious grounds. But this is rejecting all vaccines, not just the COVID jabs. So the chance of a waiver I've heard is slim.

Plead your case during the medical by all means but unless it's documented I don't think you'll be able to slip by USCIS's immigration requirements.

Certainly not with tennis ball testicles at any rate. Probably make a right 'racket'. 🎾

Religious waiver. While you're at it, the recent court rulings upheld even common sense rejection of covid shots (NY educators) in addition to religious grounds.

Have your wife (or you do it) file a VAERS report based on the coerced vaccines given to her - one report for each vaccine - never too late to register it since the doctors clearly didn't do it - so much for informed consent.

A religious opposition to vaccination could be invalidated if her medical record shows she accepted vaccines other than Covid-19.

It's obviously not a religious conviction.

If she is worried about side effects, why not look into some of the more traditional approved vaccines which are not the type that caused your wife problems?
Sinovac covid vaccine for one, is produced essentially the same way as the flu vaccine which has been around for years.

Much easier than adding over a year and hundreds or thousands of dollars to the process...

The primary goal of the vaccination requirement is to protect the health of the US citizens living here--not to provide freedom of choice for foreigners who wish to come.
