ROC fee updated?

Was there an update for the filing fee for ROC?

 

I was trying the USCIS fee calculator but I dont know where to put my child dependent (I remember there was an option to put how many are your dependents on the calculator)

 

It only shows $750 for the I-751 fee

 

How about when I am filing ROC with child dependent, how much would I pay for both our biometrics fee?

Yes, new fees were introduced on April 1sr 2024.

 

The minor children are included in parent's I-751 for free as long as they became a Conditional Resident on the same day, or within 90 days of their parent.

My child was a minor when I filed for AOS but she's an adult now (21 y/o).

 

Filing my ROC this September and I am including her in my application since she came with me here in the US.

 

I still pay $750 for both of us right?

She's not a minor anymore. She has to file I-751 and pay the fee too. She cannot be included in your petition, but make sure to list her as a child.
