U4U renewal with pending I-485 and I-130?

In need of some guidance — I have a U4U expiring soon, and wondering if I need to renew even though I have already filed an I-130 and I-485, and they are both in process. Or does the status change request in the I-485 negate the need for the U4U renewal? Thank you in advance!

It does not negate it.

You are adjusting through marriage?

Exactly. So if I am adjusting through marriage and that is still in process, should I do a U4U renewal in the meantime?

You do not need to renew the U4U as your status is now pending adjustment. Just do not travel outside the US without also getting an advance parole (I-131) based on the adj

Yes
