If you can avoid paying with credit card and pay with the personal check instead - that's much better to ensure credit card transaction won't get denied.

If you entered the US via a K-1, you do not need to submit an I-130 if you married the petitioner within 90 days of arrival.  Perhaps studying the VJ guides for adjustment of status will help.

From my experience, I just got added to my husband's bank account, and the banker just needs my passport, K1 visa number, and marriage certificate. I can use my husband's last name too on that account. Maybe after I receive the SSN from filling AoS form, we will update my SSN to the bank again.

 

You're not going o get all that for $1440 I'm afraid. If you want to apply for all three it will be $1440 for I-485 alone, then $260 for the work permit (I-765) and another $630 for your Advance Parole, or travel permit (I-131).

 

I opted out of both the I-765 and the I-131 as I do not need to work and as for the Advance Parole I saw too many being approved so closed to the actual approval of I-485 that it's not worth $630 to me. I also had to file a waiver for $1050 so I decided $2490 was enough for now.
