I-129F Application was rejected

Hello, I received a notification in the mail with my I-129F application and supporting documentation. It was rejected because a field was not filled in. Do I need fill out a completely new application or only need to fill in the missing field on the original application? Do I need to include a new letter of intent? Thanks

 This is of course at the USCIS level? Soon after sending in ? If a complete rejection, rather than a simple RFI, for more information, maybe redo everything?
 

  In many of the blanks, it’s usually suggested to put ‘not applicable’ rather than just leave them blank. Of course it depends on the specific question. I printed off all the instructions then went very slowly, triple checking everything. If they asked for something, provided it best I could.

 File a new petition as if you're starting all over again.
