I129F Additional Information - Rejection if I Did Not Sign and Date Provided Template Pages?

For the additional information section I used the template provided in the petition and one sheet I created on Word for the circumstances of meeting question. The way I understood the instructions were I only had to sign and date a sheet if I was creating my own document, like for item 54. I also did not see anywhere to sign and date and was under the impression to not write outside of the boxes. So I did not sign and date the additional pages that were already part of the petition. I have seen some people say you need to and some you do not.

If I didn't sign those pages will that cause me to be rejected?

I-129F instructions state:

2. If you need extra space to complete any item within this petition, use the space provided in Part 8. Additional Information or attach a separate sheet of paper. Type or print your name and Alien Registration Number (A-Number) (if any) at the top of each sheet; indicate the Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number to which your answer refers; and sign and date each sheet.

I am unsure if it would result in a rejection, but incorrectly completing the forms may result in an RFE. Hopefully there's VJers who have similar experience to you that can advise.

When did you submit the form? Have you been charged for the fees?

I submitted yesterday and used a money order. If you get an NOA1 does that usually mean everything was accepted for processing? I am just wondering if I have to wait until after the NOA1 to know if it's rejected.
