I think NVC has made a mistake making me CSPA eligible

The following are the dates:

Date of Birth: 09/25/1998
Priority Date: 09/19/2019
Parent Naturalization Date: 11/01/2019
I-130 Approval Date: 01/05/2021

My category was F2A before and was converted to F1 after my i-130 approval. The F2A category has been current from September 2019 to January 2021. A few years later in February 2024, I received a message from NVC stating I am CSPA eligible. I think this is a mistake because my parent naturalized after my 21st birthday. How should I proceed?

Why do you think it's a mistake?

What category current shows on your case status?

I think it's a mistake because my parent the petitioner naturalized after my 21st birthday, so it should be F1 which it previously was. Now it is IR2.

And where does your petitioner live? It would be really helpful if you filed in your timeline.

My petitioner lives in the U.S. in GA.

Got it, I will fill my timeline soon.

OK. There was a case at the court of appeals that addressed this that I was thinking of, but it's not relevant to GA residents.

Have you submitted your DS-260 etc?

Okay, just take the mistake and run with it

No, I am in the U.S. and will be adjusting status if this is not a mistake.

So when did your PD become current on Table B of the Visa Bulletin?
