Does being denied a B2 several times affect the approval rate of K1/CR1?

The quickest and most detailed route would be for her to tell you

She has asked several people from thailand, and when people got denied they did not give them a reason why either.

I am sure if you go through VJ you can find applicants from Thailand who were told.

I would do a CR-1 because CR-1s have higher approval rates.  You could ask her to do a FOIA with the State Dept. to get her DS-160s.  https://foia.state.gov/Request/Visa.aspx  It may take some time.  I can't remember how long.  I looked into it with my wife.  She also used an "agent" for her B1/B2 but she was approved.  In the end, we got lucky and got approved so quickly we didn't have time for the FOIA.  I would press ahead with the CR-1 and file the FOIA at the same time.  Get married, gather evidence, file the I-130.  You have to be truthful on the I-130 no matter what so the FOIA won't change anything.  Eventually, you'll hear back from the FOIA and you can examine it for any issues.

It is the same process all over the world....I would start asking more questions and ask her to be honest with you and spend a lot more time with this person before you get married.  Something is off.

she says didn't answer the questions according to what she put down on the forms. The first two times was because she had someone fill out the form for her, and I guess they did not prepare for the interview together.

This is a problem. If she or whoever helped her filled out the form honestly and correctly, she would not have any problem answering the questions, because all she had to do was tell the truth.

You don't really need a lot of preparation for a B interview, as long as the information you have already provided is correct. The interview is not heard; just a few basic questions.

I would want to dig deeper and find out more details.

She just says they did not give her a reason. And when I mentioned that everyone says they give you a reason, she just says I'm not the one who went to the interviews so I don't know.

English isn't her best, so that's why she had help from people who do the immigration stuff(i'm not exactly sure if it was an agency or whatever), but I don't know what happened with that because she and they did not prepare for the interview at all. I will have to ask her to be more clear before we proceed I suppose.

Sorry, I'm confused about this statement here. She didn't attend the interviews herself???

So we are supposed to believe that she went 3 times and on each occasion she was not informed?

And you do not know how her application and the truth differed.

I was thinking the same thing... and also I would have asked why there was a denial, and this is the part that makes me wonder.. cause I know I would have had to ask even the second time no matter who did my paperwork.

I read this as the fiancée saying to OP "you weren't there, you don't know what happened", when OP questions why they were rejected.

Major red flags reading this thread: multiple previous attempts to enter US, all being denied and the reasons why won't be disclosed to the USC, and then entering relationship with USC and discussing marriage after less than a year.

I would advise OP to seriously take notice of this and try to take an outside perspective.

My now wife was denied a B2 in Thailand, they gave her the sheet, and the reason why. Had no problems doing the K1 even with the denial a year earlier. I would try to find out more if possible. And definitely more time in person.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!
