The key word is sometimes. Most cases seem to be processed slowly nowadays, especially the initial phase...

I am not too concerned about the time to process. I just want to know they received my packet. As you may have experienced, the packet was about six inches+ high in paperwork. It took a while to put it together for AOS K1/K2. Plus, a medical check because the one for the K1/K2 was not conducted properly i.e. did not give the needed vaccines that the US requires, we went ahead and conducted a green card medical exam. Those envelopes are sealed and I do not want to go through that again.

You know it's been received from your delivery tracking, you're not likely to get anything else to confirm receipt just yet, it's too early if you only sent it a couple of weeks ago.
