We have completed the ds160. We are now currently going to schedule the medical appointment in Manila as per the procedure. 

 

What is throwing me off is during our research we looked on the website for the hospital and it mentions a copy of the DS 260 form. I am wondering if this is a typo or if we have to do the ds260 now. To be clear this is a k1 fiance visa. Blowing the attachments you'll see the message I'm talking about. If anyone has any first-hand knowledge of this or can give clarity I would really appreciate it.
