Read the guides here on VJ.  You must be married before filing an I-130 for a spouse.

Yes, you definitely need to be legally married before filing the petition. Here’s the guide:

If you’re struggling with research and filling out the form, I would recommend hiring reliable professional help.

You file it online and with all the required documents, get your Notice of Action and then ... wait. wait for USCIS to approve the petition and hopefully doesn't come back to you with request for evidence. Then it goes to NVC, and after you're done with NVC they eventually schedule the interview for your husband.

Uscis website has everything laid out clearly   Follow the good on the  vj website. You need to understand the process well by doing lots of your own research and study   That’s how each of us started. Happy to answer specific questions as you work through the process b

Please do some reading.   This is a DIY site.   You need to own your process and read the guides.   If you still do not understand, look into hiring help, as suggested.

If you are not a do it yourself type, you can hire help here. https://www.visajourney.com/partners/
