Hello

My wife got her K1 visa in Jan 5th of 2024 and 1 of the 3 kids traveled with us to the US. we have 2 K2 kids that will be traveling soon their schedualed interview is Oct 10.

Im wondering how long after their interview do my K2 kids have before they have to travel to the US? My oldest has her finals in Dec.

Also since our I129F has already been approved by the US consulate BKK and the 2 follow up K2 kids are named on the original petition what documents do i need to get to them for the BKK consulate interview as the petitioner?

Also does their interview date in Oct effect the 1 year time line to travel for their departure form BKK since we filed their DS160 back in Mar and just last week got the Oct date..?

A K-2 Follow to Join must be issued a visa within 1 year of when the K-1 visa was issued.  Normally, all K visas expire 6 months after the medical exam.  I don't see an issue with your timeline.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
