Thank you very much for your help)) I understood what the mistake was. The answer to both questions is "yes". I only needed to send $750, and I made a mistake in the payment. Please tell me if I need to add a copy of the notification from uscis about the incorrect payment to the package of documents when sending documents?

I wouldn't include it.

 

You can write a short letter saying you now included correct payment and include it in packet.
