They don't know a thing about immigration... There is no temporary GC.

Alright. I got my stamp in the mail that is valid for one year.

I’ve also submitted a request for missing receipt like you suggested and they contacted me via email which I replied to.

hopefully I can get it at some point.

At least I am not stressing about my upcoming travels!

Thanks again

Sent documents on August 24, delivered 08.29, after that no notifications. No actions in the uscis account either.😞

Hello everyone. Need help! We sent I-751, but it was returned to us with a note to correct. At the bottom of the form page, some barcode appeared, I did not find any other complaints from them. The green card expires on September 25 and now we need to quickly send everything again. Please tell me if I only need to redo the form or all the documents? Because each document has their notes (photo below)

No, you can resend everything they sent to you. Just make sure to correct all the issues they outlined.

We sent the money order, do you still need a form to pay?

and wouldn't the staple marks they used to staple the documents when they returned them to us be a problem? And the numbers at the bottom of each page?

No, this is not a problem. USCIS organizes your documents as they need. Looks like incorrect payment is the reason for rejection

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

Sorry, I'm very worried and probably didn't notice that I wrote in another language. Next time I'll be more careful.🥹
