If someone is refused or banned by a schengen country does he or she get denied a us visa also?

The D-160 doesn't even ask about simple visa refusals by other countries.  However, if you were removed or deported from another country  (which probably involves a ban) then you have to declare it and explain it.

Ok. I got refused by italy but the same year my us visa was approved.

Well if you have already been in the same situation (which is pretty odd but ok..) then you already know the answer, so why are you asking?

 

And if it's someone else that wants to know, tell them to make an account and ask themselves.

If you no longer want to be part of the forums, then just stopping posting would do it.
