You can call the embassy via email and tell them to open for ceac for correction. ex. for my brothers. we needed to update due the death of my father. I managed to FedEx all updated documents, and it arrived less than 10 days to Cebu. and also, if time is the factor just make sure to upload it online at least.

Thank u but how about signing ds-260 will i receive an email to sign it? Or should i sign it when embassy reopen the ds-260? Did ur brother bring some supporting documents of the petitioner like domicile proof of employment etc that uploaded on CEAC? Also can i upload updated documents now or need to reopen the ds-260 first?

Hello, I don't understand of why you waited for this long instead of downloading to CEAC then mail the physical documents to your brother asap. What we did with my brothers was downloaded all new documents and anything relevant to CEAC then mailed the physical copies to them via FEDEX. Why would sign it, you are not the immigrant?
