Here is a relatively recent DCF thread showing the process for London.  This is the fastest way, and you can stay together while the consulate processes the I130 if they agree to do it.

so either I go and we try and convert from a visitor visa

You are not understanding the process at all.   You need to do some reading based on the feedback people have given you in your multiple threads, rather than just dismissing the info you don’t like to hear.

 

And no, you cannot show up on a visitor visa expecting to be admitted to adjust status.   That’s 100% FRAUD.   You need to be petitioned for a spousal visa like everyone else.

Why didn’t he file a petition for you 4 months ago when you inquired, if it’s so urgent?

Yes, they do. After filing for the fiancee visa and waiting on average 18 months. The 90 days fiance tv show only shows the part where they come and have to get married, not the part where you have to file the paperwork to go to the US in the first place.

 

Follow the advice on the thread and you have a great shot at DFC or a spousal visa where you will stay together in the UK until it's time to move to the US.

Depends on if the USC spouse already submitted an I130 to USCIS.  If they did, the DCF option is out and the OP has not answered that question yet.
