UStraveldocs site frozen my acct, help

I finally got in.  Appointment booked .. 😀

It's honestly weird, I used it last night to pay my fee, (last night UTC 1 am) and I could set my appointment just now. Is there a support you can email?

I do not know of any support.  I used to call 703-665-7346 when my acct got frozen but only machine talking.

Unless I overlooked, it would be great if admin update guide on noting about portal.ustraveldocs 72hrs frozen if login more than 4 times a day so members can be aware.   I will also add a comment on ustraveldocs survey form about this.
