As far as I know, you fill out a form I-485 for your son in addition to your own form I-485. Mention your son in the relevant part of your form I-485, and mention yourself in the relevant part of your son's form I-485.

Please complete your timeline as well!

Did your son just get his K2? As far as I know, a K2 can enter the US only up to one year after the K1 (you), so if you've been here for over a year and you never got around to getting your son over here since he got his visa... it may be expired? Some details would be useful here.
