wrong applicant name on the connect ips fee

hello everyone, my fiancé recently paid the money from connectIPS to the visa center in Nepal. She accidently put my name instead of her in applicant name so when we try to call her bank and connectIPS they said they can't help her. what can we do or who can we call to fix this mistake so we can put her name and passport number on it instead of mine? please help this is very urgent.
