Greetings:

I am a US citizen and my wife is an asylum seeker. We were married by the court on July 9 (civil ceremony) and we are having a church ceremony on Sept 14. We know that we are legally married as of Jine 9. So, should we mention the 2nd cermony in the petition? Would it hurt, help our case or not make any difference? Thanks for the input.

It’s irrelevant to the petition.   Married is married.
