I sent my N400 on August 9th. I was wondering how long it takes to get the initial notification of receipt.

Also, I am curious to see if anyone applied with a reduced fee. I wasn’t able to find much about the evidence people have submitted to prove their income specifically for the reduced fee.

thanks!

Hey how many months its showing asbprocessing tome for me it showed 9 months then status changed to actively reviewing and time changed to 7 months

You can use random number generator online to get similar estimates to what USCIS is providing... Just set min to 1 and max to 12 and click "Generate" button. I wouldn't believe these estimates.

What exactly is ur purpose here i am unable to understand

What I'm trying to say, please don't rely on those numbers too much. Each case is unique. However, considering it's the election year, your case should generally be processed faster.

People got naturalized while account showed 6 months until decision...

She applied on the 30th of July this year , and finger prints were waived  about the 6th of August .

when is your wife's 3 or 5 year anniversary date??

if the interview falls BEFORE the green card anniversary date, then the case will be denied..... you will have to end up doing 2 interviews.

USCIS lately doesn't schedule interviews in the 90 day filing windows. It does happen, but most often it doesn't get denied, person is placed on hold until they reach 3 or 5 year anniversary.

It's filing too early that gets people denied 100%. But filing in 90 day window is acceptable.

Not in my indirect experience. I know two family members whose interviews were scheduled days before their anniversary date. Their case was not denied and, like @OldUser said, they just had to wait until the anniversary for their oath.

Me and wife applied on August 8th under the 5 year rule but within 90 days. Immediately got the biometrics reuse. Wife got interview schedule notice on August 13 and has her interview in San Antonio, TX on September 24th. No updates on mine.
