This doesn't make sense. The receipt number on the customer copy is the receipt number generated from the travel docs deposit document.
The teller used the top section of the form which has the same number on it to take and process the fee.
Our teller gave us an additional receipt from the bank with the same number recorded on it.

I agree, I tried to convey all that. I had emailed the 2 pages over, of course included the travel docs generated receipt number. The bank receipt didn’t include that number, had a different one.

She just left after revisiting the bank in person, no real change, no ‘corrected’ number. The bank insisted it was payed correctly. This is in General Santos City, maybe familiarity is weak. I do have a email to the travel docs site, seems like my only hope at the moment. 😢

It won’t let me edit. I just tried, the receipt number went through. I ended up in a page with no appointments available, so should be ok. The thing is, this receipt number is different than the one generated by the travel docs site.
Anyway, possibly her visit, or my email inquiry may of helped.

Sounds like it's sorted.
Good luck scheduling an appointment. We have been unsuccessful. It's REALLY frustrating!
