Tourist visa B1 to USA

If I follow all of the steps, should there be any issue having my lady friend come from Germany/Poland to the USA on a Tourist Visa?  Do I include bank account/paystub info in the process?

If your friend is a citizen of Germany or Poland she would typically travel to the US on ESTA, no visa required. Even if she were to apply for a B2 visa to stay longer than 90 days you would have nothing to do with it - she needs to qualify entirely on her own merits, there is no sponsorship or similar for tourist visas.

She fled from Ukraine to Germany. Originally born in Ukraine.  All she has is a passport. Looking to have her come here for a 1 week vacation.

It’s not you “bringing” someone here on a tourist visa, she applies on her own.   There is no sponsorship.   She needs to be completely honest about her intentions.
