I am currently filling out the online 130 form and there is a question that asks "when is the last time you and your spouse lived together?" Does visiting them count? Because I've been staying with my husband and his family since May and don't leave until August but the online form doesn't allow you to put a future date or write present.

I'd steer clear of claiming to live together if you are visiting as a Canadian.  You could put "May 2024-present" or something, but again, the B privilege for Canadians is for visiting, not for moving to the US.

Ah, in that case you could write “May 2024-present.”

Visitors in another country are not living together, as they are not authorized to "reside".  Not having lived together (the correct answer) is not a problem.  You will be providing evidence of time spent together in person in addition to the form.

The OP didn’t fully describe her status in Canada.

Either answer would be fine.

The OP specifically asked if "visiting them" counts.  It is not "living with".  It counts as relationship evidence, not living together.
