Petitioner doesn't make any income, Joint-sponsor makes $32k for a household size of 1. Is this enough?

My petitioner doesn't make any income. Do I also need to include his tax transcripts? He has not filed the past 3 years tax transcripts due to not having an income.

My joint-sponsor makes $32k/year for a household size of 1 + 1 (including me). This seems to be above the $25,550 requirement listed on the website. Is this enough or is another sponsor needed? Also, do I need to include the last 6 months paystubs?

I see. Regardless, it is less than 125% of the poverty guideline.

He will still need to correctly fill out the I-864 , show the income and write a short statement on the last page of I-864 saying Taxes not filed as there is no earned income as per IRS guidelines. Current income is non taxable SS lifetime age benefits

He lives off of social security.

This is not a good choice for a joint sponsor.  I'd find another one, or figure out why the petitioner isn't doing everything in their power to qualify.  Sometimes people have to explore getting a better/2nd job in order to sponsor an immigrant.  Immigrating to the US is very expensive, as is living here.

Your Joint Sponsor is income qualified even if he only meets the threshold, you can safely use him….they don’t grow on trees and it’s not always easy to find others.
‘4 paystubs are adequate , include the W-2 and try to get him to go online and get IRS tax transcripts
