My partner just got the reply from USCIS that they couldn't process our form due to it being outdated, upon checking the form linked as PDF on the website we compared them and they're exactly the same with the same expiration date and all. Does anyone know where to find the new one??

Thanks up ahead

If you sent the current form, then there is likely something else wrong with the package.  I have seen this happen, although it has been a while.  I would go to the USCIS website, download a new form, and review the guide here on VJ before resubmitting a completely new package. .  Good luck.

Thank you! We did see the form as well as the form Im able to download the old form that expired in April but I now found the recent form and we will be filling out the new form now as well and correcting our previously missing proof of citizenship! I'm actually not too mad at this happening as its not a huge setback
