Hello everyone,

I am trying to assist my mother-in-law a LPR to file for her divorced daughter who is over 21. I have some questions that hopefully you can answer.

1. My mother-in-law's mother passed a long time ago and we does not know her date of birth. What do we put on 1-130?

2. What should we write on back of mother-in-law's passport photos? name and A#? on daughter's photos name and date of birth?

3. Should we submit the daughter's divorce certificate along with I-130?

Lastly this is not a question but I wanted to write to everyone who is waiting for their loved ones to have patient and hope that you and your family member will be united soon. I have been through this process and remember those agonized days which were difficult, my words may not mean much when may be feeling down or alone, but please have hope and know that there may be better days ahead.

Thanks for reading my post and answering my questions
