Timeframe for I160

Please what’s the timeframe for I-160, our attorney filed for it in March 2024.. can it be expedited & on what grounds please? Firstly, I need to know how long it takes on average to hear from Uscis regarding the I-160?

Expedite is hard to approved.

Timeframe for I 601 is over 2 years.

This isn’t relevant to your case though - I can’t see how there would be a waiver available to you unless you there are other details of your case that you’ve not mentioned. If so, ask on your current thread and those in the know can help.
